The Story Behind
The No Excuses – Sit Down Shirt is one of my first designs created for myself. It was born during a time when the hardest part of my day wasn’t meditating.
It was simply sitting down.
Every morning, my mind found another reason to wait. Later. Tomorrow. I’m too busy. I’ll start again when it feels easier.
So I created this reminder for myself.
Not as a punishment. Not as pressure. But as a loving interruption to all the excuses my mind could come up with.
Every time I saw the words No Excuses, they reminded me that the life I wanted wasn’t waiting somewhere in the future. It was being created in the choices I made today.
And Sit Down was my invitation to come back to myself—to stop running, stop postponing, and simply be present.
This long sleeve became one of those quiet companions that gently whispered the same message every day:
Your future doesn’t change when you think about it.
It changes the moment you sit down, close your eyes and connect.
