Processing Times
I prepare and pack every order with care. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Shipping within Germany
Orders within Germany are shipped with DHL.
- Standard Shipping: €4.99
- Free shipping on orders of €50 or more
- Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 2–4 business days
Shipping within the European Union
Orders to EU countries are shipped with DHL Paket International.
- Standard International Shipping: €13.99
- Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 2–8 business days
International Shipping
I currently ship internationally to selected destinations, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Australia.
- Standard International Shipping: €19.99
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination and may be affected by customs processing.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other fees may be charged by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. I have no control over these charges or customs processing times.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email whenever tracking is available for your shipment.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
