The terms “I”, “me” and “my” refer to The Love Weekends and its owner. I operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).

The Love Weekends is powered by Shopify, which enables me to provide the Services to you.

The following terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

All stated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, customs processing, local postal services and circumstances outside my reasonable control.

I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities or other events outside my reasonable control, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Any transfer of risk relating to shipped products will take place in accordance with applicable consumer law.

All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans appearing through the Services are the property of their respective owners.

I may not monitor, control or have input into these third-party tools.

The Love Weekends is powered by Shopify, which enables me to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make through The Love Weekends are made directly with The Love Weekends and not with Shopify.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is the technology platform provider and is not the seller of products offered by The Love Weekends.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims, damages or liabilities arising solely from products purchased directly from The Love Weekends.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Any ambiguity in these Terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law and will not automatically be construed against either party solely because that party drafted the provision.

I may transfer or assign rights and obligations relating to The Love Weekends where permitted by applicable law.

Any transfer will not affect mandatory rights available to you as a consumer.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements through which I provide Services to you are governed by the laws applicable to The Love Weekends at its registered place of business, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
